Founded in 2014 as Advanced IT Operations, our company began with a simple mission: to fix the broken relationship between businesses and their IT providers. Too often, companies felt trapped by opaque contracts, confusing jargon, and reactive ‘solutions’ that prioritized profits over people.
In 2024, we evolved into Nerva Tech LLC—a name that reflects our growth and renewed commitment to serving as a true partner, not just a vendor. The shift to an LLC structure allowed us to scale and support larger clients, but our core purpose remains unchanged: to give you control, clarity, and confidence in your technology.
